Footprints Retreat
The impact of professional caregiving in cancer care can be great, both in its rewards, and in the toll it takes personally. Practitioners are often challenged to find ways to take care of themselves, while also dealing with ongoing contact with illness and loss. At times it may be difficult to continue to maintain compassion and energy, while also dealing with grief and exhaustion.
The purpose of this retreat is to bring oncology professionals together for a weekend of renewal, reflection, and fun! Hosted at the beautiful Menucha Retreat Center in Corbett Oregon, there will be opportunity for considering the work we do, develop strategies for ongoing self-care, and relax and have fun. The format will be flexible enough to include time to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting.
